Any reason why I'm interested in the "others" of our society?

Firstly, you sound like a very intelligent person and I commend you for being able to know yourself and you feelings so well. All people have their es (it doesn't have to be ual mind you) or things that grab our attention. I doubt you have a disorder but a great interest. Which is perfectly normal. There's no law that says you can't go out and make friends with these people. Just be polite and respectful.
