Do these sound like pregnancy symptoms?

I had the same symptoms. Sore lower abdomen like I worked out too hard. Left hurt worse than right. Nausea, headaches, dizzyness, tired, hungry, hard time sleeping, weird dreams, twinges, back ache, hot flashes, night sweats. Sounds like it is very possible for you to have a bun in the oven. Test when you miss your AF and good luck and baby dust. I will be crossing my fingers for you.
