How should I make a Psych costume?

At Comic Con, two friends and myself are planning on dressing up like personifications of USA Network TV series. I'm doing Psych. I want this to be girly, funny, cute. I was thinking maybe a yellow shirt and green leggings with Psych quotes all over the leggings. I want people to know what I am, but I also still want to fall under the cute/y category. Any ideas?
