How do I change the time display on Windows Mobile 5.0?

I have a Cingular 8125 w/ Windows Mobile 5.0. Originally my top taskbar display showed the time in normal text format.. something like 5:24pm, for example. Now it shows an annoying little clock graphic that is pretty much unreadable. How do I change back to normal text time display?
