I had to take barium for my CAT scan (w/contrast via IV) 4 days ago, and still constipated. What should I do??

Drink a lot of water, eat some tossed salads with lots of veggies and eat a high fiber cereal (bran). Try doing some exercising too - jog, bike, that kind of stuff.
