Is Pedro Martinez and Cliff Lee a good pick up for the Philles?

I think he is because the Philles need someone that can strike out a lot of guy's and he could also be good out of the bull pen and he made only 2 starts and he already has a better ERA than Brett Myers did in 2 starts and heck better than Cole in his first two starts I say good pick up and i also think Cliff Lee pulled a 2008 C.C Sabathia because C.C did horriable with the Indians and as soon as he got to the Brewers he expolded and so far so has Cliff Lee
