Surgery oral disease?

Pain Suffering Sickness Poverty I was in a car crash 3 yrs ago. ALL my top teeth except 2 back molars got broken off at the gumline! I used my life savings to get the surgeries then ran out of money. I went for 1 yr with painful abcesses and had to cut my gums myself with a razor to get the poison out. Went to the ER and was told when the infection hits your brain then we can admit you. Now the other teeth that are there (the other half the right side of my mouth) are all black and decayed and some of the teeth? The gums grew over them. It is swollen sore and I have had crippling migraines and tonsill infections since this all happened. I did not have a job that had dental. Now I have been a recluse in my cellar never going out for 2 yrs because God Forbid anyone saw me and I laughed or opened my mouth Id be mortified. I even had to quit my crap job because of comments from customers. (actually they fired me) AND no one wants to hire me because of it. Between the pain the infections and not being able to get a job I can only afford a room 2 times a week in a basement of a home. Even the hospitals here in New Jersey would not help me. I desperatly need these 6 other teeth out. I need a partial of 8 that is all because my mouth is small in structure. I choke on food and cant eat most of anything. And Im always in pain. Please can anyone offer advice ???
