I got few answers regrding but all are based on either symptoms or statstical data? need explaination further?

The answers always centers on either mental disorder or dellusion. is it possible to go an awaked person into dellusion. It is simply imaginative literature and needs experimental results, if you have so...., thought broadcasting, thought extracting will not be satisfied simply with either mental disorder or dellussion. how come it is possible?
