Marriott maui?

Has anyone stayed in the Marriott Maui? Is it nice? How would you rate it compared to the other hotels on the island? Money is not really an issue and we would like to stay in a hotel that is nice and upscale, but has a fun and relaxed atmosphere with good pools and is right on the ocean.
