Episode Question.............?

i always watch episodes online and when i have to stop before finishing one it becomes a problem because the next time i will have to wait for the whole episode to load just to watch the last 5 mins for example. Is there an anime site where I can skip the part i watched in the episode? Ex: in youtube you can directly go to the 9th mins (while its still not loaded ) and begin loading from there. (but sadly youtube doesn't always have the eps im watching)
