PLEASE help? Will I see any results?
At 5'8" and 120 lbs you are still growing and need more nourishment. It's good the way you're eating as to proper foods. But you need to eat more. A 14yr old male should weigh a bit more that 120 lbs at your height. To add muscle and build your body up you need protein and another 10-20 lbs. Don't gorge yourself just eat a bit more and keep tabs on your weight. Measure your vitals on a weekly basis to determine your progress. A good way to do this is to keep a daily diary of food, exercises, the time you ate, the mood you were in when you ate and exercised. Good luck
