Why are my questions getting deleted?

So here's the deal almost everyday one or two of my questions get deleted and I get a violation sometimes but they don't get deleted til hours later and I don't receive a deletion or violation e-mail for most of them and my q and a is set to private so what's going on is it someone who digs through the achieves til they find my questions or something else also there not bad questions they comply with the guidelines so idk why this is happening can anyone help me out thx
