It's a little heavy on the carbs. I would suggest switching out a hard boiled egg, turkey, or a cheese stick with some of the fruit and eating more green vegetables (lower in calories and carbs but still have lots of nutrients like fruit). If your thyroid is still low on the medication, you either need a higher dose or you need a different kind of medication. Doctors usually prescribe T4, but a lot of bodies cannot convert T4 to T3. My doctor prescribed me T3 AND T4 (I take Naturthroid) and I feel a lot better on that than I did on just T4 (which was Levothyroxine). Ask your doctor about either taking Cytomel (supplemental T3 along with the T4) or switching to Naturethroid or some other kind of T3, T4 medication. Also, ask for a free T3 blood test, that will show you far more than a T4, TSH blood test. Look at the sites in sources, they will explain more. :)

I have about $32,000 in unsecured debt, and I am slowly draining my savings to pay down my bills. We recently moved into a home almost 2 years ago with no money down, so I have basically no equity. Coping with demanding, tantrum throwing 13 month old!?

My 4th child, Josie is quite the handful. She is smart as a whip, but oh-so prone to emotional meltdowns! She is doted on by her siblings, and gets plenty of attention. She has to have me and only me, all day every day. She's not keen on Dad or any of the grandparents. Dad tries hard to be her buddy. She likes her 8 year old sister and 4 year old brother, but is mean to her 15 yr. old sister. She's screams and "yells" at her brother if he has anything she happens to want, and she'll cry until she's blue in the face or her lungs are about to explode about anything in which she doesn't get her way. Everything i have read concerning tantrums pertains to older toddlers that you can talk to and reason with. She is just barely over one year old. Granted, she did crawl early (6 mo.), and she was walking by 10 mo., but i do not know what to do! She's too young to put in a corner for timeout or . We've tried to ignore her, but as i've said, she'll go comatose screaming just to get a reaction! My husband is also the short-fused, short tempered type, and he is fit to be tied with her. Even though i do almost 99% of her care, if he's home while she's screaming, i have to hear it from both ends. I kind of think her problem is that she is too much like her dad, but i also feel that she is too young. Other times, she is the sweetest, most loving, kid. I truly feel as if i have a Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde on my hands. In a nutshell: if she were the child that we had first, there would be no others! My other three are alot more mild mannered and i never had to deal with any tantrums before. Help! She's almost driving me to drink!!! LOL!

How to feel in this situation?

My guy got hurt today at the mill. It wasn't super bad, he told me it could have been worse and that a sharp pipe could've went in his chest. His knee is swollen and it a bit scared, and he is rested throughout the work. He was explaining it to me today. And, I was getting a little emotional inside, thinking "aw, my baby got hurt." This is a long distance relationship, so I am not there to be by his side when he gets hurt. He asked me why am I so quite, say something and I said "I have to drop my nieces off to my mum." It seemed he got mad and quickly said bye and hung up. I feel more terrible. I was giggling thinking he got mad at me, because he never does and then I started to think how bout if that sharp piece of object would have gone through his chest? I started to get teary eyed, because I care for him deeply. And, that littler scratch got me thinking about other bad stuff. Bottom line, I am happy that he is okay, but supposedly he is limping everywhere and isn't replying to my messages. But, at the moment I think he probably got mad and went to go play golfing to let his steam out. I don't know what do you guys think?

Well, I'm a proponent of homeschooling, but even if I weren't, it sounds like homeschooling would be an ideal situation for you and your children right now. In my state, kindergarten isn't even required by law. In my opinion a five year old can learn much more at home (and on "field trips") than in a clroom of 30 other kids and one or two very tired teachers. My suggestion to you is to research the laws regarding homeschooling in your state, talk to other homeschooling moms/families, and then give it a try. Do it for a year, like you're planning, and see how you feel after. Either you'll love it more than you expected and continue for many more years, or you'll feel satisfied with the one year and your son will be more than ready for first grade in a public school....or, you may even discover that it doesn't work for your family at all and you end up enrolling your son in the local kindergarten in November....the point is, you won't know until you try. Good luck! :)

My amp will not work when RCA cables are in?

I received a new amp today. Its a Kenwood kac-9104d. I had a kenwood kac-x20 and the RCA cables worked fine for it. But when I hooked up my new amp it powers on just fine but when I hook up the RCA cables to it(from the head unit) the red light on the amp keeps flickering. It lights up then flickers for just a split second and it does it over. But when I take the RCA cables out the red light says on fine. My REM(remote) connectors for the wire are bent and are not on the best. Same for one pair of the speaker connectors. May this be the problem. Or what is? I know the OHMS are matched perfectly. But I am not sure what the prob is. The subs are SVC 4ohms 400W rms 1200 W RMS.

Can you take welbutrin instead of vyvanse for concentration.?

I also take prozac for depression and anxiety and clonipin for anxiety as needed. I just find the vyvanse makes me so lazy and unmotivated but does sometimes keep my mind clear. I just dont know if the benefits outweigh the side effects of the lack of motivation. Has anyone had good luck with welbutrin and prozac?

The candy I'm looking for is a sugar covered gummi bear approximetly 3 inches tall 1-1.5 inches wide and flat on the back. It was formerly sold at Hannaford Supermarkets back when they were Shop n Save Supermarkets. They are individually packed in plastic packages, and they were in the candy bins next to the carmels and tootsie rolls. They were sold by the pound ratio and you'd put them in a small white paper bag sort of like the ones they have for donuts but smaller. yeah i agree with the person who said that the new direction may be Will turning evil. Neither vehicle made contact. however, my husband was incarcerated in 2002 on a separate matter and shortly after his incarceration I received notice that he was being sued by the owner of the F-250 for damages. He served 6 years in prison and upon his release in 2008 he discovered his drivers license were suspended as a result of the "outstanding safety responsibility" and failure to settle the civil dispute. Is this possible? Can your license be suspended because of a civil matter? He was told he had to pay 7500.00 to the vehicle owner before he can reinstate his drivers license, and to me that seems outrageous!

My friend and her husband bought a house (land contract)..but he put it in the name of a trust?

At first he had only his name, then when she read over it she told him to add her name..mind you they are married with kids...rekindling the marriage. When he changed it, he told her that he was putting it in the name of a TRUST, that way if anything ever happen to them the kids will get the house and don't have to pay a death tax. Between the pain the infections and not being able to get a job I can only afford a room 2 times a week in a basement of a home. Even the hospitals here in New Jersey would not help me. How do I control my road rage towards an incompetent driver?

There is a driver that I often see on the road since we live less than 1 mile from each other. Today I saw him and he was in front of me so I started doing what I normally do when I see him, I started flashing my headlights at him to let him know that I hate his driving and to consider driving safely for a change. Usually he decides that he no longer has to obey the speed limit and in some cases drives two or three times the posted speed limit. This time he slowed down and got mad at me when I started to ride his tail since he was going 1/3 the posted speed limit. He decided to intentionally slam on his brakes to cause an accident and I was able to swerve to avoid rear-ending him and the traffic behind me was able to swerve to avoid hitting me. I sounded my horn and he made an obscene hand gesture towards me. I continued to ride his tail, flash my headlights and honk. He pulled off the road into a parking lot and I followed him and blocked him in a parking stall because I wanted to have him arrested for reckless driving. I called the cops as I had him blocked but the car in the stall directly in front of this driver pulled out and the driver casually drove off while I waited for the police to arrive. They never arrived so if it happens again I will probably go ballistic and beat the tar out of this retard to teach him a lesson about safe driving. How can I control my anger especially when it is obvious the police have no intentions of revoking this person's drivers license? I have tried for year to have him removed from our roads but either the police don't do anything or he is able to p the review examination which I found out is open book so I wonder why they even have a review exam for incompetent drivers in Utah. Anybody have ideas?

They are really simple and what I suggest you do is take a stack of shirts on the front table and re-fold the stack a few times with the folding board to get the hang of it. You're main goals when folding them are to have the "XS, S, M, L" stickers go in order and they are all in a straight line. Keep the jean wall looking nice and in order, fold whatever else that gets messed up from people browsing and spritz. As a model in the front you should be spritzing the SoCal fragrance every 30 minutes. Don't be afraid to ask for help from any of you're fellow co-workers. When i came home from work and was stroking my Siamese Angel. Angel has just started to wean off her kittens and they have all new homes, but due to our old Tom Siamese Prince ping, we have kept one of her kittens Missy, who tends to suckle on her mother - Angel does not seem to be in any pain and happily purrs as missy suckles away. Missy is 12 weeks and has all her teeth and claws but yet again angel seems happy and content when feding. Anyway i noticed that one of her lower teats were swollen, she has had a litter of kittens (5th litter) and is 5 yrs old, she has never had any infections or swellings like this before so i wasnt very paranoid but made an app with the vet anyway and his earliest was in 4 days i took the app anyway but today i have noticed that the swelling has grown and spread not only to the areas around her nipple but through thher inner abdomen, I ume its mastitis but i have to wait till my vet app on Monday afternoon. University of Texas at Arlington or Dallas (UTA or UTD) for Geophysics?

Good job in your at community college, you wouldn't believe most of the grades that students try to transfer in from them! have a couple of friends going to Eastfield (I believe thats right) right now. I miss Dallas and actually looked at these two schools for my MBA coming up after bachelors completion so I can get back down there. I love the campus at UTA but don't really remember that of UTD. Academics wise, I would personally choose UTD, especially as the website seemed to show more opportunities and programs there. There are even a variety of options with your master's if you choose to pursue that. Let me know if you have any other questions! William Regal aka Darren Matthews is one of the greatest in ring technicians in the WWE today. He has generally been relegated to mid-card status all of his career because some fans just don't get his appeal. Both in the WCW and WWE he has been used to keep certain stars in-line when they step out of place by working them stiff. Two examples I can think of is in the WCW against Goldberg and in the WWE against Orton. He lost both those matches but if you watch carefully he dominated them both making them both look quite foolish and generally working them over quite hard. Two German Shepherds not getting along!?

What handgun should I buy?

I have narrowed down my options to: a Glock 20, a Taurus 92 with a 17 round mag in 9mm, a Taurus 24/7 oss in .45 acp, or a Taurus 809-9mm. I own a Glock 22 so if you can compare these pistols to it I would appreciate it. Pistol price is not a huge deal but I think all these are in the same range. Ammo price is also not a problem as I do not shoot much. The main use for this pistol will be target practice although I might take it hunting for a backup every now and then. I met this guy 2 years ago. I met him 2 weeks before he entered army's BCT. I thought we are building something (like going into a relatioship), but after BCT he stops communicating with me. I came to find out he was with someone. This situation happened on January of 2008 when he gets deployed. So i decided to somehow forget about him. He had his girlfriend, and I decided to move on with another man. On January 2009, we started talking again thru myspace. He came back from Iraq and since then we start talking every single day. We dont know if it just a co-incident that him and his gf just broke up around december 2008 and me and my bf just broke up on january 2009. So we build a friendship, and it turns out to be more than being just friends, but it is a long distance. We only see each other twice for that whole year. December 2009, before he comes home for visit everything suddenly changed. Have you had your baby in a walker.?

I have been advised not to use the walker (I have 2, one that moves and one that is stationary) and my 6 and a half month old son loves it, he is at the stage that he does not want to lay down anymore.
